Emma Christensen is a food writer and editor with 8 years of experience creating food and cooking content for online and print publication. She is a former editor of The Kitchn and the author of two cookbooks, True Brews and Brew Better Beer, with a third book on making homemade cider forthcoming in 2017. She also collaborated on the James Beard award-winning The Kitchn Cookbook. Emma is a graduate of The Cambridge School for Culinary Arts and Bryn Mawr College. She lives in San Jose, California.
